It really is hell, and there is no cure. Some antihistamines sometimes reduce the severity of the rash, but that's about it. It literally prevents me from being able to function in society. Surely I'm not the only one.

Yeah, it's called Cholinergic Urticaria. You'll know you have it if, when exposed to heat, you quickly develop a very, VERY itchy rash. I can't emphasise enough the pain.

The fuck? I work outside when the heat index is 125. And I bundle up and drink loads of water. Works well for me.
