I restrict myself to a somewhat painful method to discourage me from actually doing it.
Right now if I wanted to kill myself I'd stab myself in the heart. And I don't have the willpower.

The only thing I don't like about this method is that it would get pretty hot inside the car. But then again, some people use tents for CO poisoning. There must be some camping sized charcoal stoves, but I only have propane xp.
