Getting your life together is hard oftentimes unrewarding work compared to 4chan which provides relatively quick reward. It's like eating. You can take the time to plan out healthy meals, cook them and eat on a set schedule and reap the rewards of a healthy well functioning body and mind or you can just habitually head down to the nearest takeout place and find something to eat without much effort.
