Is there a difference between being shy and being autistic?
I feel like the definition has been skewed a bit. Most people associate being autistic with being anti-social, but every person I've met on the spectrum talks a bunch and doesn't know when to shut up.

Maybe those particular people overcompensate. I'm on the spectrum and I only speak when spoken to. Obviously there's a lot more to autism than even struggles in social interaction and non-verbal communication

Aspergers got rolled into the autism spectrum, Aspies are fine with being verbal but don't know how to pick up on social queues, Autismos are the same but are ALSO non-verbal.

4chan autism is very very different from actual autism. Take the 4chan usage of autism with a very grain of salt. You may have ACTUAL autism if you don't.
