A year ago I started a strict diet to try to get /fit/.
Only 2 Pizzas, 1 pack of ice cream, 3 bags of cheetos and 1 gallon of Coca-Cola a week.
I also started doing cardio for 5 minutes daily.
Since I started, I have gained 40 pounds! What the heck is this crap!? Why do so many people lie about this???
