And sure, there's "misoginy" on this board. But that's because we're fucking sick and tired of not being appreciated by women. We didn't want to hate them. But what the fuck are we supposed to do after rejection by rejection; after being ignored time and time again?

There is no such thing as a fembot, at least no female on the level robotness as you sad excuses of human beings (who arent "normies" looking to feel better about themselves), but there are a large handful of weird femanons that linger and lurk.
I come over to this board when my prefered boards slow down a bit or dont really have threads that i find interesting.
I mostly just lurk the "mom found the peepoo pot" threads and the other wacky and original posts. Everything else is pretty much garbage.
It never ever was good, but to see just how far this board has gone downhill over the years is as sad as the lives of most who post here.

True story, I found 4chan via a google search for a Windows 3.1 .dll file I was trying to get working in an emulator. It lead to an /r/ thread that had already 404'd. So my first board was /r/ and I explored from there. I never went to /b/.

I found 4chan from Livejournal back in 2005, and used it for /a/ and /cm/.
Once /r9k/ was created in 2008, I moved from /a/ to here.
It's obviously not the same sort of board anymore, but I still can't seem to leave.
I found out about 4chan through a video game forum. Id post on the off topic section quite a bit. /b/ was brought up a lot and I was led to believe 4chan was the asshole of the internet so I never bothered. Years later I wound up because....I don't remember how. I used to post on /int/ and /x/ but after a long time I realized I don't like /int/ so I don't post there. I ended up here because i get bored and this board moves fast while having slightly better content than /b/

I found out about this site when I was 16, I'm 23 now.

Once i outgrew that cancer, I moved to tumblr, then reddit, then started lurking 4chan but was too scared to post.
When I moved to uni I made a few friends who used 4chan regularly and I started posting occasionally.
r9k is my main board now because I'm terrified of romantic interaction so I relate to the robots on here. I'm in my own mental prison.
