I don't remember watching a lot online in the 90's. I think Shockwave was only really catching on towards the end. I remember we still had 56k in 2000 and you had to let the videos buffer for a couple minutes.
I remember Radiskull and Devil Doll. Also I remember playing some game on the Lego website that was a rip-off of Connect 4. Can't remember the name.
I also remember playing iSketch, had a lot of fun on that one.

Not much really. Some random black kid did introduce me to newgrounds back in like 98 or 99 during computer class. I wouldn't get the internet at home until 2002 though.
I found out about Seanbaby who wrote reviews of shitty games for EGM magazine and then would go to the library to go online, print out webpages, staple them together and then read them later at home in my bed or on the toilet or something.
When we got the internet at home I would watch metal & punk music videos on Yahoo Music, then through kazaa, and then I finally signed up for a Newgrounds account and joined the clock crew, semi-officially.
Albinoblacksheep was another flash website, but it didn't have that voting system or anything. I think that was where I saw the first animutations like YATTA
