Nicotine is one of the most highly addictive substances on Earth. I smoked for 10 years and it took me 4 years to finally quit them. I would quit for a year then smoke again for 6 months. I did that 3 or 4 times. I haven't had one in 3 or 4 years now. Good luck man, those things are fucking evil.
