being fat isn't exactly a easy thing to do
you need to be rather healthy genetically to maintain a high weight level, a certain tolerance for calories, and usually lots of soda which is the main reason people get fat.
Once you are fat though its not like all the things that work on you just disappear, they just get additional wear and tear on them. Compared to regular people, fat people have stronger muscles and hearts and a expanded circulatory system.
Basically being fat gives you superpowers in exchange for largeness. and you can sit on people
