Seems like it'd be a lot of work. I have to watch what I eat big time to keep my weight under control and I'm a man, I can't imagine being a woman and having a slower metabolism + having to apply all these creams to my face and body + shaving constantly + being meticulous with oral hygiene + styling my hair and shit.
I get my beard shaved at the same time I get my hair cut, comb by hair with my fingers when I step out of the shower, use shampoo but not conditioner, floss every three days and consider myself a champ for even doing that much.
Then again I wouldn't get the attention they do even if I put in as much work so whatever.
