summer vacation 2004 was when i started getting into neetdom, looking back at it now and realizing that was the beginning of the end really just blew my mind, I never thought about when it all went wrong.

2012 was the potential to change
2013 was starting to go down hill
2014 was suicide tier
2015 was even worse than 2011

For me it was 12 actually.
Some girl rejected me before I could even ask her out (some dick told her I liked her). Made me really sad. I'm not sure why.
Year later in highschool we actually became friends and the sadness didn't pass, even when we sort of flirted.
I think I just got so used to being sad that I never stopped even when life was/is fine.

It's been going downhill since 1st grade. It's only just this year that I managed to make it go uphill. I have a job, I talk to people, I hang out with them, and I can afford to live with a buddy of mine.

3rd grade was where it all went downhill, honestly. I was so absorbed in escapism I didn't realize how much of a shitter I was for most of my life. At 15 I shyly peeked my head out the door, realized I was basically human garbage, and nervously went back to desperate escapism. But there's no going back now, boss. I was always shit, but God, what I wouldn't give to not actually know how shit I really am.
Thats the last year of middle school before you really start to feel the pressure of growing up. Plus im pretty sure biologically your brain is making huge strides towards forming an awareness of your role in the wider world, and so bringing with it the associated feelings of despair when you realize how bleak the future is

For me middle school was awful but then things for better in high school. Sophmore year was the peak of my life, junior year was the beginning of the decline, and summer between junior and senior year was the beginning of the end. I'm now 23 years old, nothing has changed since that summer.
