I switched jobs and was able to move back in with my parents into my childhood room and almost live a pseudo NEET lifestyle. The window opens up to a fantastic view of the mountains and the city I live in but I couldn't show you guys it because its 2 in the morning and I just finished up my work for the weekend.
My rule of thumb is no clean clothes or things you don't want to step on on the floor. My car is clean, my computer is a mess.

My ability to reason just fell apart and I started drinking and taking a bunch of pain meds. I deleted all my social media years ago.
I've deleted the rest of my internet accounts on various sites in the past year trying to cut down on reasons coming back.
My ideal situation is where I check the morning news daily and use it for weather and email and such as an utility and the occasional video games.
4chan is the only thing keeping me back from that dream but I'm slowly cutting down on it too.
I've gone from 12-16 hours a day on a computer to around 5 and over half of that is vidya. Coincidentally I've read more books in the past 6 months than in the 10 years before that.
