My advice: make friends in your classes that will notice if you dont show up. No one gave a shit when I stopped going to classes so i got into the mindset of "this will be fine. I'll just read and study the course material in my own time"

I have a severe social problem. I hate other people regardless of whether they're friendly to me or not. I legitimately did not want to talk to anyone and did everything I could to avoid it for the full three years.
It might be lonely to some people but to me it brings me pleasure and solitude.

My friend does Law and gets firsts in everything but doesn't go in, he gets emails about it but just ignores them and carries on as normal.
Whereas my other friend is on shit course at a shit Uni got kicked out in second year for not going in.
I'm in a strange situation where I'm nolonger an aspie when it comes to partying and having 'fun', but when it comes to academia or 'school' environments I have huge anxiety.

I went through 4 years of uni without making a friend and sat on my own every seminar and lecture. Caused me to have a really bad mental breakdown so I had to take a year off after my second year.
Somehow finished with a 2:1 but I'm on antidepressants now and feel suicidal most days. Before Uni at school I had loads of friends and loved life.
It completely fucked me.
