Same here. Haven't had a solid group of friends in over 10 years. At this point I realize that loneliness is easier to deal with than the uncomfortable feelings I get from being around humans.

I'm just an awkward piece of shit. It takes me a long time to open up to anyone without sperging out. And i still wouldn't consider most of the people i work with as friends. That why i used the word in quotations.
And to top it off, i wouldn't even consider myself good looking. Despite that, i know other much uglier assholes than myself that actually have relationships because they're not spergs and are actually quite outgoing.
The only time in the day that i feel truly happy is just as i wake up in the morning and i can't think about how crappy i allow my life to be.

Each employee needs to be thanked for basically nothing at least 3 times a month, and there are checkboxes under each name to record that this was done.
But as for me? If someone likes you they're more likely to do your job for you, and vice versa. It's also nice to have someone to talk to on long shifts.
