The fucking headaches are terrible. Unless you get lucky and your strain grants you pain immunity or some shit, you are going to spend the entire time doped up on so many painkillers you won't be able to fight against a child, let alone a well-built thief.
Plus there's no guarantee that your strain will be useful. Mine allowed me to bend materials that are flexible to a certain point (so i couldn't bend iron bars, just stuff that was already bendable, like rulers)
I could've got work somewhere, maybe on a construction yard so long as i took the painkillers, but i'd rather be a neet. I just had the psychotherapy done to relock my brain again.
