Don't worry. You are probably 1/3 through your life.

Find the right amount of drunk. There will be trial and error, figuring out your drinks, timings, but you'll figure out a regimen that doesn't make you want to puke every morning. It's kinda nice knowing the ride will be over sooner, and there's some type of pleasure, even if the pleasure is just the distraction. Call it normie juice or some gay meme shit to totally toss away how right I am like some faggot, or just learn to toss back liquor while going about your day without going overboard and quit complaining. Chasing/mixing with weed is fine as long as your not some millennial overly liberal retard about it.
Learned some simple shit recently too about like, common things that will fuck up your mood if you aren't good on it. It was being hungry, sleepy, tired, or having too much energy to burn. If you're feeling shitty for some reason, you can usually solve it by either jogging, taking a nap, eating a meal, or taking a shit. I mean I'm not saying it's a cure all, but that simplicity makes sense and fucking works if you get the motivation to do any of that. I guess that's the hard part.
