Living has become such a chore for me lately there are just days where I don't want to do anything so I just stay in bed all day, there are also days where I try to do something but I just lose interest. Does anyone else know this pain

I can't work, I can't cook, I can't clean. My bedroom looks like I'm a hoarder. I don't think I can take another 60 years of this, it's already been close to 10 and it doesn't look like anything is going to get better.
I feel joy rarely and most of the time I want to sleep to escape the pain, where I then have nightmares and wake up unrested.
I also don't want to be on disability my whole life, I had goals and aspirations.
