Taking meth orally is the best way to do it. It lasts the longest, it's the safest and it's the smoothest.
For your first dose, simply eat 15mg of powder. If you like, dissolve it in water or parachute it.
After you know what your tolerance is like (based on how the small dose of 15mg effected you), you can take it from there. Try 30mg the next time, and maybe 50mg the time after that. Never re-dose meth, and take a few weeks between doses so you can catch up on sleep.
I only really use 1P-LSD and you can't get it legally in my country anymore so I'm on my last 4 or so tabs, so I'll probably be full normie soon since weed made me paranoid as hell and I don't really wanna do that again.
I've used it at least once every other month, shortest time being 2 week difference, so I'm alright
