Most people here have felt a similar way at some point. You've probably got major depression or maybe dysthemia, which is like a watered-down version of depression that lasts for most of your life. You're going to keep feeling like shit all the time if you spend the day lying around and feeling sorry for yourself. The longer you keep holing yourself in your room, the more difficult it's gonna be for you to alter your behavior. It's not just gonna fix itself, you've got to be the one to make some changes in your life. You've got to find some healthy activities to spend your time on. Maybe learn an instrument or practice programming or even start writing a novel.
