I get ASMR but not from people, and it has to be unintentional and at the right time.
I only get it from hearing water move though pipes in the walls, like when someone is taking a shower in the bathroom and you can hear the pipes in the walls. I dig that sound.

I get tingles in my brain. Feels really nice. I get it mostly from noises, rarely voices. I can get it from ASMR videos, but I have to lie down and it takes a while to start working. Have to be really calm.
I used to get it in elementary school a lot. Two things would give it to me the most:
1) whenever we were sitting on the ground and someone started tracing the letters on the back of my shirt. The unexpected physical contact would make my brain just melt with pleasure. It has to be unexpected though, if I would go home and ask my dad or sister to do the same thing, it wouldn't work, because the magic wasn't there for some reason.
2) watching someone draw in complete silence. During standardized testing, once someone near me finished, they would often draw on their scrap paper. I would get so fucking ASMR'd that I would catch myself drooling.

I remember it happening way more, i think that's where the love for the water moving in pipes sound comes from, it takes me back to being a kid, when my mom worked early so she took a shower every night around when i was falling asleep.
