As someone who works night shift, I can say bimodal sleeping is the best thing; nap before work, work, nap after work. Most night shift workers I know are dead and exhausted even after sleeping their whole day away.
Fuck I'm so glad i figured this out; I have plenty of energy for gym, hobbies, cooking, etc despite working up to 12 night shifts in a row.

If you spent those eight extra hours of useless sleep doing something productive seven days a week you could have a bunch of talents, and it still leaves another eight hours to do fuck all, including eat, shit, piss, shitpost on /r9k/ and all that fun stuff.If you did follow this schedule, you'd be at about 1/3rd of the way mastering something by the time the year is over.
