These things sound stupid but they do work over time mainly the acceptiance and the panic questionare. Fear with no danger can make you feel crazy....I used to time them it worked for me but can cause anxiety in some people with panic attacks......I would remind myself it's not perminante and that my average one lasts about xxx minutes
