I took a shit and spent ~15 minutes clearing blood from my asshole (pic related).
For whatever reason this reminds me that I have no friends and that makes me
feel like more of a social failure.

I use to get this all the time before I started lifting a couple of years ago.
I think it just comes down to not being active.

I used to have this kind of problem but I began using two small buckets to shit and now I am happy as fuck and don't bleed through my asshole anymore

You need to be more active, and drink much more water. I would also recommend a different diet, especially less dairy, red meat, and acidic drinks.
Or ignore my 101 health advice and keep having bloody poops that make you feel bad. Your choice.
