Here's a fun fact:
Burgers most of the are still bleeding when the grill pops up. Even though we're not supposed to, sometimes the grill person will flip the burger and let it cook for a few seconds before putting it in the tray. But yes, a lot of the times the burgers don't cook to completion and are still bleeding. But usually setting them on top of each other and let them simmer in the UPC tray will finish them.
