A watch doesn't need to be charged every 7 hours of usage. They also look better. And it's more convenient to check the time on your watch then to take out your phone.

The typing took some getting used to yeah but it's not any different than having learned to type on an asdf keyboard in the first place. The autocomplete usually makes up for the small screen and sausage fingers.
As far as browsing goes, what do you mean? It's still more or less the same websites.
Overall though, yes, it is just a luxury and a glorified toy - but it's still loads of fun and extremely convenient. The games are great too, even the free to play shit.

Today I tried on a watch that grandma gave ne years ago, a simple and thin but elegant kmart watch. I didn't used it before because my forearm was too skinny. After more than 4 years I tried it again today. Still too skinny. It makes me sad that I can't use her present because I really like the watch. Maybe one day it will fit.
