I can barely handle just 1 of these things at a time....how the fuck do people do all of them at once?

all i have right now is school (mature age student) and hobbies (lifting)

Little bits at a time OP, people tend to not invest much effort in things, and flit between them, generally targeting stuff they enjoy the most (drinking with friends, playing sports etc). Whatever sticks, sticks and whatever doesn't they move on.
I have no idea about your situation, but I get the feeling you're investing all of your energies into your current activities.
