Do it in the shower. Stretch the skin, keep it clean, and avoid making lateral strokes. It works pretty well. Hard to get them all though. Just do it a few times.

I shave my balls, taint and ass with a DE razor, I've only cut myself once and even then it wasn't that bad, more a weeper than an actual cut. I find that shaving the darker pubes above my dick is a real chore and is painful when you get razor burn so I bought a beard trimmer to tame it when it grows too wild. Disposable razors always end up getting clogged with hair so I stay away from them.
