OP I made it to day 8 and it triggered quite a bad episode of mental illness. I suffer from bipolar so doing this actually caused me to enter a manic phase where sleep was next to impossible. I had to beg a pharmacist for sleeping pills just to come down from this and I still don't feel kind of right.
I think before you start this you should know there can be quite bad side effects: insomnia, anxiety, horrible mood swings, etc -- are all common symptoms. People never tell you this shit when you start no fap but it can actually be quite intense. In my case, I'm going to talk to a doctor before I try this again ...
