use milder soap less often, shampoo only once or twice a week
if you use harsh soap everyday all over it kills all the healthy germies on you and your body goes into grease production overdrive
you really only need to focus on your ass and pits everyday
you will feel gross and horrible for maybe a week or two but your skin and hair will settle down and become less greased i promise
also, clean your bedding twice a week or more
