Most of them would be kept as breeders, the same as most men would be kept as simple laborers.
There would always still be the top tiers of humans, men and women, who didn't suffer the same fate as the proles, though.
As if scrawny NEETs could lol

Read the Origin of Family, the State and the Private Property by Friedrich Engels.
It explains among other things the social organization of societies on different levels of development. From early savages, to more advanced barbarians, and how it all changed in so called civilized societies.
Examples shown are the Iroquois, the Greeks, the Romans and the Germans, with the latter three there is description of how the state emerged.
The most primitive societies certainly worked along the most basic and most natural principles.
The book mentions also the position of women, tries to conclude why it is like it is in these primitive societies and compares it to position of women in the society of late 19th century.

You only have to read the part on the most primitive societies. If the book does not interest you at all, no need to read further. But you know it might clear up some assumptions.
If the book was intriguing for you, here is a introductory book on the philosophy used to analyze the history and the universe.
