A dentist could certainly shed some light on your delusion, if you ever manage to visit one. Painful, bleeding gums when brushing is because you have gingivitis, and it's extremely unhealthy and could lead to very serious health conditions if untreated.
Cavities are only one thing that can go wrong with your teeth, and having cavities isn't really an achievement if you don't eat a lot of sugars, so that's a non-issue.
