I grew 3 inches between 18 and 21. But to be fair, I was a tall fucker even before the late growth spurt.
Note: I didn't eat breakfast between the ages of 5 and 17 and I grew to eventually be 6'5 (3 inches taller than my older brother). Basically, I preferred to sleep in than get up in time to eat breakfast while I was still in the primary years of school. I'm convinced that the unintentional intermittent fasting increased my growth hormone levels quite a bit and my superior height can be attributed to this experiment of sorts. Pretty much all of the science we have on fasting backs this up.
So yeah. Start fasting 20+ hours a day and see how that works out for you. Or just start injecting Human Growth Hormone before your growth plates close off. You've got maybe another 2-3 years to make something happen. After that, you're fucked.

My cousin was mad short/boyish looking. Like halfway through college he grew/matured physically a lot.
It was like a night/day difference over just one year. It's unlikely but it's a possible thing.
