Should I quit my shitty summer job?

>starts out fine
>slowly realize I can't manage or keep up with the progressive policies of the work place
>my team starts breaking down
>anxiety and self-pressure kick in
>call mom to talk to
>literally crying on the phone about how I want to quit because i can't handle it
>she just tells me "oh sweetie, I know you can do it. You're a strong and capable person".

Fuck I'd love to have a job. I wish my anxiety would fuck off so I could've applied to more places.
Why give up now? You have like a month and a half left at most.

I just applied and lied through my teeth in the interview on my "great interpersonal skills" and how I can "bring the best out of my team". Literally a week into the job my boss pulled my aside and told me he's never seen a worse group of people and I need to step it up.
