How do I get out my feelings?
The state of the world recently, some events in my personal life, I just feel angry, bitter, and sad.
How do I get these helpless, angry feelings out?

By using the tools nature gave you. Vent via screams, shouts, crying, yelling, lashing out. Then when you've calmed down you can reflect back on those actions and meditate on how you can effectively deal with such situations better in future.

Yelling doesn't seem to do anything, I haven't cried in a long time, and I don't want to take it out on other people.
I try to write shitty stories but that doesn't help either. I feel helpless and without any control in the terrible way things are going.
