Quick. I need to lose 30lbs by september 1st. How do I accomplish this. I don't want to lift or do exercise either. Also I'm not obese so weight won't come off easy.

Do caffeine pills help? I've taken some diet pills before, it contained some chemical phenlody(idk I forgot) but it made me lose weight but I would faint after taking it sometimes and it would make my heart extremely rapid. I'd rather not take those again and do something safer.
