Take a look at your dick with a flashlight and see how many tiny veins are running through the shaft to your scarline. Every single one of those would need to be properly attached or you would risk the foreskin going necrotic. It's not a simple open scar > attach tissue > get on with day procedure. Attaching a donor dick at the base took 9 hours, imagine trying to delicately connect all of those tiny branches without damaging them.
