OK so we are depressed. but do you have muscle pain? I hear it's related to depression. I am depressed and my whole back and shoulders are sore. I'm wondering if this has to do with depression or what. My posture is good.

Look up Dr.Sarno. 95% of back pain cases (amongst other things) are due to unconscious rage. Worked for me anyway desu.
