How long do you sleep every night

I sleep about 6 to 7 hours
But almost no matter how much i sleep i always feel tired during the day. Ive noticed that if i stay up really late until like 3am my mind suddenly feels focused and relaxed. During the day i feel dull and hazy

I stay awake for like 20 hours but I have addblock plus to get rid of my tiredness of trigering images just block one block all.

5-8 hours a night. I am only tired when I get less than 6 or more than 8.
I sleep during the day. I'm not a normie that sleeps at night. I sleep 8-10 hours. I wake up tired and I always feel tired. I take extra 2-4 hour naps. I used to have Insomnia and doctor eventually took me off medication and told me to just take Melatonin. I've been popping 5-10 at a time and constantly enjoy realistic lucid dreaming. The time spent awake is usually long enough to endure my severe headaches while playing some vidya

also yes and yes for tired on waking and easily exhausted. i have maybe 6 hours of productive energy a day and then i'm shot. zombie mode for the rest.
