just get the hooker, look for one that is like close to 18 though, they just started and dont know the money game as well. You will get a better deal. Negotiate all the terms before you go in, exactly what you want, they will try and alter the deal inside if you dont explicitly say what you want.
all in all you should get something for 50 euros easy, get high too. Amsterdam is a lot of fun, go to Coffee Fabriek too in WesterPaark, great coffee and pies.
