I made it to 25 and finally lost it after several months of pointed effort. It's never too late. Almost 27 now and still with the chick I lost it with. Was my first time ever kissing as well and I couldn't even get a boner the first time we tried, which was after the first date.

I never had the what if problem. Nothing could have happen otherwise since I am is me. I was never smart, fast or someone who could have just fun. I never really cared about girls (the stigma of being a virgin bothered me however).
