A 'robot' is only very rarely capable of truly experiencing emotions in its purest form and therefore does not experience pure sadness (as an example), but rather emptiness, purposelessness or similar.

Personally, I have managed to completely overcome nervousness simply by understanding that the outcome of any given situation doesn't actually have any true importance. As I said in the very beginning, 'robotness' is nothing but a mindset. However, this mindset can result in various different 'deeds', reactions and ways to handle life. One 'robot' does not necessarily behave exactly the same as another one and yet share very similar worldviews.
