Likely just advanced electric cars with no real change to the base design. More bikes and other small transportation like scooters and segways etc
Flight is just too energy costly for it to be the main mode of transportation, especially without fossil fuels.

the ehang-184 actually has a pretty high chance of occurring. all they need is FDA approval, and emergency parachutes for the vehicle. definitely the best method of short term transportation in the future imo.
