You should only do it if your blue attacks are long bars, as in one or two max bars. if they are tiny bars like your exeggcute's, then it wont be a very strong attack but it will be a long delay to cast that spell.
for example it is worthwhile to use pikachu's thunder because it does a shitload of damage in one go, but it doesn't make sense to use fearows special because it does slightly more than a regular attack but takes the time to cast three regular attacks
I just got done playing go with about 15 kids at this art museum nere my house. It has 3 pokestops and a gym all within reach of each other and they set up 3 lures. There was some girls there but they were underage and ugly. Everyone was having a good time though.
