I've been like this for over a year now and it seems to be getting worse. I've tried every suggestion including therapy and medication. Anyone ever bounce back successfully from a deep depression? What helped?

Yeah I bounced completely out. I started running and everything changed. I forced myself to build value at all costs and stop thinking negatively.

Just have to work on your health first. Then your mind will follow.

This means diet, drink only water, run, and stop watching porn.

Lastly, discipline yourself. Block out addictions like video games, youtube videos, streaming. Only focus on 1 thing at a time for 1 hour. Then move on to something different. No binging.
