Hey /r9k/ could a lack of sun, lack of a real sleep schedule and no real social interactions diminish mental facilities?
I've been feeling dumb lately.
Nah. I go to bed at dawn, sleep for six or so hours, and am a complete shut-in, smartest person I know. Dunno what your problem is, OP.

I also eat pretty sparingly and don't exercise so maybe that has something to do with it.

Heat and sunlight make me dumb. I only function after 6pm or so.
As long as you read and engage in some hobbies you should be fine.

Depression can. General poor health and being tired also can. I was feeling somewhat mentally numb for a while when I was living in a super unhealthy manner. I'm better now, but I still have some insomnia and concentration issues.
