Not much, but usually they like hiring older people and people they know are the honest type.
Maybe some sort of security certification might help, but I got it from nepotism, the other guys are just older men, usually involved with church or something.
The necessary skills for the my job are basically speaking English, being able to write a report, and dealing with the occasional customer.

I'm a retail guard in the UK, i work for an agency so i get what i'm given did a double shift yesterday sucked dick.
I don't know if i can do this anymore, anxiety is destroying me and i can't into social interaction, night shifts would be great for me because nothing fucking happens.
Applied for some site work got an interview tommrow hopefully site work is more robot friendly and i can sit down instead of standing all day,
My body is just legit not used to it the leg pain i can tolerate but it's my feet the soles specifically, hurt so fucking bad it's pure agony.

I got my A to be OTR trucker. Never got into B class jobs so i can't tell you. I went through Swift Transportation. No upfront costs really. You will drive with a trainer for a few weeks at first. But then you get your own truck and you're solo.

Sometimes I'll deal with truckers arriving at late hours and maybe if something comes up but otherwise it's pretty antisocial.

I work in the office of a local neighbourhood organisation. They do like events and classes and stuff the improve the area, as well as youth club stuff.
I don't work in the reception. I work upstairs in a small room, away from everyone else. The only real discussion I have is with an older male who is sometimes in there to do work as well or to help out, or the small five minute discussions I have with some of my other colleagues on stuff they want done.
All I do is make posters, update calendars, remind people of stuff coming up, type up stuff for the website, help the secretary with all the laminating, posting and stuff if there's a ton going on at once, answer any e-mails that come directly to me. No dealing with people except for the people at work from time to time.
