you should probably see a doctor. Do you have kyphosis like in this pic? you probably need to start sitting up straight. bad posture can fuck up your spine mate.

stand up straight with your back against a wall and put the back of your head on the wall, then tuck your chin in. like this:

are you able to put the back of your head to the wall when you stand up straight against it? if you can, then it can't be that bad. proper posture will take a while to get used to, since it really stresses your back, but just being aware of ones posture is going to help a lot. you'll be fine. if your back keeps cracking you should probably research the symptoms or see a doctor.
