I just talked about the most common traits as an example, people. There's plenty more that can give you plus and minus this and that; and definitely we need a bunch of experts to determine the real value of the points each trait gives. Besides, it's just an example.
The whole point is: to get a relationship as a female, you only need to be relatively normal. Women come equipped with everything males seek out on them, while men have to work hard at it or even fake it just to make even with the "score". This is because women have incredibly high expectations of men; but they often die out and they have to settle for a 5 or so as they get older, or are left single mothers.
This is biological and it can't be helped. As a male, no matter how alpha or uber you are; you just want to impregnate females that kind of look like won't make our offspring complete fuck ups; while as a woman they want the best males available and there can be hardly any negotiation unless they have no choice.
So, going back to OP's original point: Most men will put up with an aspie woman so long as she has a cute face or some other sort of redeeming feature; while aspie men must make up for it with some other areas to even stand a chance in the market. Shit like Millionaire (+15), famous (+9) or very gifted (+7).
