At least 3 hours of my time is spent here every day and there's literally no discernible upsides. In fact it makes me worse probably. I'm not even a 'robot', and the interest boards I browse produce less content than subreddits referring to the same interests

Rookie numbers. When I get home from work I turn on the tv, sit on the couch and open my laptop. I'll have 4chan tabs open all night until I go to sleep which is usually around 1 - 2am.
That's approximately 7 to 8 and half hours a day here on weeknights.
Then on the weekends I do nothing other than sit on here all day long. Virtually 16 hours each day.
That means I could spend up to as much as 74.5 hours on 4chan a week. Or over three entire days worth of time.
