You can study them at home. What do you expect to be different at university? Do they have labs, special equipment, great tutors/lecturers and a broad library?

I just want to get a decent job desu If I stay how I am for another year I'm just going to end it
Start by saying what you wish to do professionally. Say your passion has always been in mechanical engineering. Then talk about how you've been preparing to attain this goal academically, and that now the next step is to take the courses this uni provides. Follow it up by mentioning you've heard good reviews from former students and potential employers as you researched potential unis, which is why you are applying to them in particular.

Alright now write it out for me

Ooh, this. Show your thought process. Show you have long-term plans and know what you're doing. If you have a clear goal, then it suggests you have more motivation and won't drop out of uni when it gets hard.
